Step 1-Registration: Register your organization online on E – Travel Trade Approval website by providing the general details about your organization and provide a User ID and Password. While registering you need to enter the code sent on your mobile no. or the email id provided by you. After the successful registration you will receive a computer generated unique Registration number on your registered email id or mobile number whichever has been registered by you.

Step 2-Application: Login in to the system using this userid and password properly. After the successful login you can apply online for any category, by providing further details. You can apply separately under each category using the same registration details.

Step 3-Upload Scanned Documents: Before submitting the application, all the relevant documents applicable for the respective service provider category need to be scanned and uploaded. After the successful submission of documents click submit button & proceed. An Application Number will be generated;this will be sent on the registered email id and mobile number.

The application form will be sent to Ministry of Tourism for scrutiny. You can track the status of your application by entering this application no. in the Track your application link.

Further intimations regarding Inspection & approval etc. will be sent electronically to you.
